Lloyd Umali
Lloyd Umali is a professional with extensive commercial experience, most recently holding various leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company where he spent over 15 years in a wide range of divisions - film theatrical and television distribution, production, participations/residuals, and talent audit, streaming/direct-to-consumer, and linear programming and network ad sales as well as consumer products (vertical and licensing of merchandise and books) and mobile/console games.
His experience has been both in the domestic and international space, and includes deal analysis and valuation of various programs, sales planning and analysis, and management of a variety of projects with a goal of streamlining processes and alignment of business units.
Prior to the Walt Disney Company, Lloyd started his professional career at Ernst & Young in the Los Angeles office in 2006 focusing primarily on private equity clients. He always looks for ways to improve processes by challenging the status quo. He also exhibits strong people management and analytical skills.
Lloyd obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Los Angeles in 2005. While working full-time during the day and raising a family, Lloyd completed his coursework in the evenings and graduated with the highest honors – summa cum laude.
